Jackson Foster is a vegan world bicycle traveler, yogi, YouTuber, and permaculture tropical fruit farmer currently living in Costa Rica on his 5 acre sustainability homestead project. Jackson has been vegan for over 8 years, mainly fruit based the entire time. After posting over 1,000 unique YouTube videos traveling the world mainly on his bicycle with his rescue dog Maggie, he now lives full time in the jungle of Costa Rica working on his farm with the intention of growing all his own food and allowing guests come visit and experience the sustainable lifestyle he is living.
